Job Summary

Lead enterprise oversight for Technology and Data Risk within KKR’s Risk Domain Office. Drive the maturity of risk domain governance, risk intelligence, and integration practices, partnering with Enterprise Risk leadership, technology, information security, and governance forums. Provide independent challenge and insight-driven risk perspectives to executives and board-level committees, translating complex, interconnected risks into actionable guidance. Also support cross-risk synthesis through thematic reviews and scenario analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Play a key leadership role in maturing KKR’s Risk Domain Office, defining priorities, operating practices, and strategic objectives.
•Drive evolution of risk domain oversight capabilities and operating model components, including risk intelligence, risk integration, and governance.
•Lead independent oversight of Technology and Data Risk across the firm, maintaining an enterprise-wide view of exposures and emerging threats.
•Partner with technology, information security, operations, and business leadership to promote transparency and effective management of technology-related risks.
•Develop integrated risk insights across domains, leading risk synthesis, thematic reviews, scenario analysis, and escalation of significant risk issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 235,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12–15+ years of experience in enterprise/technology/operational risk, non-financial risk, risk advisory, or related disciplines (ideally in financial services, asset management, insurance, banking, or consulting).
•Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide risk programs, oversight functions, or risk transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
•Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and governance frameworks, applied pragmatically across diverse environments.
•Direct experience engaging with senior executives, risk committees, and board-level governance forums to influence decisions through effective challenge.
•Strong understanding of technology, cyber, and data risk management practices, including oversight of operational resilience, cyber security, and data governance.
