Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect braze connections, joints, and brazed products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • •Perform process audits along production lines, review defective parts, and enter nonconforming material (NCM) data into electronic systems.
  • •Write evidence-based audit/inspection reports and assess findings for each unit; attend daily meetings to report findings.
  • •Support containment actions related to customer warranty claims and maintain required quality records and checklists.
  • •As part of training, braze components together as specified by layouts, work orders, or blueprints using hand torch, and rebraze defective joints.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •At least one year of brazing or welding experience.
  • •3-5 years of brazing different copper pipe sizes (PP01, PP02, PP03) is a plus.
  • •Hands-on production experience using small hand tools and shop equipment.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook) and ability to read engineering drawings and process documentation.
