Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and administer facility EHS programs in line with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and Amcor standards.
  • •Lead the site EHS safety committee and serve as a member of the plant Leadership Team.
  • •Develop and continuously enhance the Amcor EHS Management System, including EHS planning, goal setting, and performance review.
  • •Coordinate EHS inspections and assessments, ensure compliance, and drive follow-up resolution of findings.
  • •Manage incident investigations, lead effective EHS training, and partner with engineering to design equipment/process changes that eliminate or reduce hazards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of EHS experience or involvement.
  • •Minimum of 5 years relevant manufacturing experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or a related field (highly preferred).
  • •Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) is a plus.
  • •Strong Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
