Key Responsibilities

  • •Own key product areas within Connect’s account platform, translating strategy into a focused roadmap and crisp product decisions.
  • •Build from real platform use cases (e.g., onboarding sellers, supporting complex business models, evolving users’ financial capabilities) to derive required primitives.
  • •Partner with engineering and design to create intuitive API and product experiences that make sophisticated infrastructure feel simple.
  • •Develop a point of view on how AI will change platform economics, participant models, and financial workflows, and make foundational investments ahead of demand.
  • •Lead cross-functional work from discovery through launch, holding yourself accountable for developer experience, platform adoption, user value, and business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience with meaningful time owning platform, API, or developer-facing products end to end.
  • •Demonstrated ability to own a product area end to end: setting strategy, driving execution, and measuring outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical instincts and comfort defining the measurement framework before you ship.
  • •Clear written communication and the ability to build alignment across functions and levels.
  • •Experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure (preferred).
