Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategic Account Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts.
  • •Mission-Led Selling: Transition from “product selling” to “solution selling” by understanding the specific mission requirements of the customer—whether it’s drone detection, signal intelligence (SIGINT), or TSCM (Technical Surveillance Counter Measures).
  • •Technical Advocacy: Deliver high-level technical presentations and product demonstrations of the RFeye ecosystem to C-suite executives, program managers, and technical leads.
  • •Pipeline Management: Drive the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and shaping RFIs/RFPs to final contract negotiation and post-sale support.
  • •Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with the UK-based engineering team and US-based Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to ensure customer feedback influences the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years in technical sales/account management within the Defence or RF technology sectors.
  • •Must be a US Citizen. Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance is highly desirable.
  • •Strong understanding of RF principles, EW (Electronic Warfare), or Spectrum Management.
  • •An existing "Rolodex" of contacts within the DoD, FAA, or major East Coast defense integrators.
  • •Ability to translate complex signal processing concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
