Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven product initiatives/campaigns for Derivatives (e.g., futures, TradFi) from problem definition to delivery and post-launch iteration.
  • •Analyze trading and user behavior data to surface trends, quantify opportunities, and turn them into a prioritized feature roadmap.
  • •Design data-informed trading experiences to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • •Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to execute and ship.
  • •Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization based on data and user feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in product management, data analysis, or a closely related field, with a track record of shipping data-driven products.
  • •Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics; crypto derivatives experience strongly preferred.
