Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage strategic initiatives through the full project lifecycle, owning project architecture, status reporting, and documentation within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • •Drive outcome accountability by aligning deliverables and artifacts to business objectives, identifying risks, defining mitigation, and managing dependencies.
  • •Continuously evaluate and streamline operational frameworks via process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder buy-in.
  • •Lead change management and create rollout strategies for new or evolving processes, including improving recurring operating rhythms.
  • •Provide cross-functional alignment and executive communication with clear status updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,900 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 4 years of end-to-end Program Management, Project Management, or Product Management experience leading cross-functional strategic or technical initiatives.
  • •At least 2 years of experience working with process improvements in the PDLC or SDLC.
  • •At least 2 years of experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • •Preferred: PMP or Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or Prosci Change Management certification (plus related change management experience).
