Key Responsibilities

  • •Support governance and visibility of the value creation portfolio by consolidating and structuring project information.
  • •Monitor value creation projects to ensure data consistency, status visibility, and adherence to routines and deadlines.
  • •Develop and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to enable performance tracking and better business decisions.
  • •Analyze project pipelines, economy opportunities, execution progress, and deviation factors to produce actionable insights.
  • •Partner with procurement, engineering, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to align assumptions and improve portfolio transparency.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of strong analytical experience in procurement, value creation, CAPEX, PMO, finance, or related areas.
  • •Experience developing KPIs, managing dashboards, and tracking projects or portfolios.
  • •Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and translating business needs into structured analyses.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
  • •Fluent Portuguese and English; advanced Excel (tool/reporting knowledge is a plus).
