Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct physical security evaluations of semiconductor fabrication facilities.
  • •Assess the effectiveness of physical security controls including perimeter protection, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, guard force operations, visitor management, and emergency response programs.
  • •Identify security vulnerabilities impacting personnel safety, manufacturing continuity, IP protection, or critical assets.
  • •Document findings and develop comprehensive assessment reports with actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in physical security, security assessments, or security program management.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience conducting physical security reviews/assessments of industrial, critical infrastructure, or manufacturing facilities.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience with access control, intrusion detection, security monitoring systems, and CCTV surveillance technologies.
  • •Prior semiconductor industry experience, including knowledge of fabs, cleanrooms, assembly and test operations, and high-value asset protection.
