Job Summary

Lead E&I quantity surveying for oil, gas, and new energies projects in Abu Dhabi. Plan and execute site surveys, establish control points and benchmarks, and ensure compliance with project specs and client requirements. Prepare and verify material take-offs (MTOs), run cost-control against budgeted quantities, validate as-built quantities, and review contractor invoices, variations, and change orders. Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and QA/QC teams while mentoring junior QS personnel.

•Establish and maintain control points, benchmarks, and reference systems to ensure accurate layout and alignment of pipelines, structures, and equipment.
•Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements in all survey operations.
•Lead and supervise survey teams, assigning tasks and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
•Manage survey data and documentation, including topographic maps, as-built records, and digital models.
