Senior Software Development Engineer - Cloud Native Databases

Build and own cloud-native database products that support ByteDance’s global infrastructure. Work across query processing, distributed processing, distributed storage, and cluster/system management, partnering with PMs and engineers to design core database functionalities and tools. Conduct performance and scalability testing, implement comprehensive unit/function/system tests, and participate in release/deployment and on-call rotation. Debug complex defects and perform root-cause analysis while improving a high-performance, large-scale database platform.
