R&D Lab Technician

Contribute to the development of new products and processes by running lab and process development experiments with minimal supervision. Perform chemical, physical, and performance testing using standard protocols (including ASTM and other industry standards) and support mechanical testing for product development. Document experiments and results with full traceability in laboratory notebooks, follow safety procedures, and conduct technology demonstrations or field evaluations with limited guidance.
