Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide service support via phone to self-directed brokerage clients and assigned account holders, referring complex issues to management.
  • •Use product knowledge to answer client inquiries and continuously develop client service skills.
  • •Research account and transaction records to resolve discrepancies, answer questions, and provide documentation.
  • •Conduct outbound client calls to follow up and resolve inquiries.
  • •Assist clients with completing investment forms, transferring funds, completing distributions, and answering questions related to tax documents, trade confirmations, and monthly investment statements.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 and maintain required continuing education to keep licenses in good standing; candidates may be considered with at least 1 license and obtain the additional one during employment.
  • •Two or more years of call center experience or high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • •Proficient written and verbal communication.
  • •Proficient using basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
