Handle payroll processing and cost analyses, and provide payroll-related information to employees and managers. Calculate compensation, benefits, and entitlements according to collective agreements, perform payroll-related reporting, and maintain and improve payroll processing procedures. Serve as a temporary replacement for the payroll services lead and take on additional duties as assigned. Work in an organization supporting ~540 payroll employees and ~100 seasonal staff at the Reyðarfjörður plant.
