Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan regulatory engagement through the cycle from early notification to remediation phases.
  • •Manage stakeholders to ensure ownership, correct responsibilities, and timely delivery across teams.
  • •Deliver end-to-end regulatory deliverables: submissions, progress/milestone tracking, risk/escalation management, and issue resolution facilitation.
  • •Provide upward communication on project progress to CFO senior leadership and set standards for SME team outputs.
  • •Interpret regulatory changes and drive impact assessments and compliance, including valuation-related initiatives and model governance oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •12–18 years of relevant experience in finance domain project management of quantitative/technical regulatory projects or valuations/valuation governance.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory landscape including prudential valuation guidelines, ICAAP, and CCAR.
  • •Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines, identify gaps, and perform impact assessments.
  • •Strong end-to-end project management experience for regulatory engagements, ideally in large banks.
  • •Good technology skills, including automation tools (Alteryx) and AI tools; plus experience working with technology partners on feasibility and solution design.
