Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding customer service by responding professionally and connecting employees, leaders, and stakeholders with needed information or support.
  • •Support department coverage and scheduling by planning and executing work schedules in a timely and organized manner.
  • •Perform administrative duties including reporting, payroll, time and attendance management, system transactions, data entry, audits, and record keeping.
  • •Collect, review, and analyze trends, metrics, and administrative information to support accurate follow-up and decision-making.
  • •Partner with Human Resources and department leaders to support positive work relationships, productivity, retention, employee engagement, and training initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience for success in an administrative role.
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing environment with an understanding of pace, priorities, and the need for accuracy in operations.
  • •Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills to work with data, reporting, audits, metrics, and administrative records.
  • •Strong communication and customer service skills to work effectively with employees, Human Resources, department leaders, and stakeholders.
  • •Ability to prioritize and take accountability for timely administrative support, scheduling, reporting, and process follow-through.
