Job Summary

Manage treasury operations for a regulated energy business by maintaining policies, reviewing journal entries, and producing monthly GL and debt/investment reports. Prepare and reconcile month-end/quarter-end materials, support rating agency reporting, and respond to SOX and audit requests. Maintain and troubleshoot treasury systems in partnership with IT, administer card programs, and build accurate cash forecasting models using Hyperion and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain treasury functional area policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with Treasury policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
•Review daily/monthly treasury journal entries; prepare and submit monthly treasury general ledger reporting.
•Prepare month-end/quarter-end reports for short-term debt, long-term debt, and investments; reconcile against corresponding bank statements.
•Support reporting across state jurisdictions and coordinate with Legal on tracking/documenting changes in dockets and universal shelf activity.
•Maintain cash forecasting tables and support cash flow forecasting and working capital process technologies; troubleshoot treasury management system issues with IT.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Hyperion (required).
•3+ years finance, accounting, or cash management experience with a Master’s degree, or 4+ years with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
•Strong cash forecasting experience, including maintaining and preparing cash forecasting tables and reviewing/reclassifying items for accuracy.
•Advanced skills using spreadsheet models and reporting software; experience with Tableau/Power BI is required.
•Ability to communicate and influence internal customers on technical and/or complex treasury/accounting matters.
