Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and evolve the network compliance program by partnering with business and compliance peers to analyze risk management frameworks and applicability.
  • •Proactively identify trends in business and compliance data and communicate nuanced risk considerations to risk management colleagues and senior leaders.
  • •Develop analytics capabilities including well-managed data solutions, tools, dashboards, and self-service frameworks for data consumers.
  • •Drive data quality management (metadata, lineage, business definitions), and collaborate with Tech teams on security mechanisms and data access governance.
  • •Lead analysis and strategic testing of products, initiatives, and marketing materials; build models and extract insights from large, complex databases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus at least 7 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus at least 5 years with expectation it will be obtained by the start date.
  • •At least 5 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
  • •At least 5 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies.
  • •At least 2 years of experience managing people.
  • •Scripting experience in Python, R, Spark, and SQL; experience using and developing with Snowflake services.
