Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct site visits to inspect assigned assets and oversee major maintenance tasks, repairs, and project progress
  • •Administer and supervise drainage/irrigation systems and sewage treatment plants, including scheduling, policies, and implementation of goals
  • •Supervise maintenance of infrastructure assets (roads, footpaths, street lighting, irrigation/fire hydrant networks, storm water, pumping stations, water features) to minimize downtime
  • •Manage vendor/service provider performance, certify invoices against SLA/KPI, and ensure compliance with HSE and maintenance quality requirements
  • •Handle service requests and customer complaints, coordinate with departments, support budgets, emergency preparedness, and ensure regulatory/statutory compliance

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • •Minimum 5 years of hard maintenance and infrastructure maintenance experience
  • •Experience with HVAC systems and ASHRAE standards
  • •Excellent understanding of technical operations in the construction industry and MEP construction management/quality monitoring
  • •Strong project management and communication skills with attention to detail
