Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the Philips–Partner strategy to sustainably grow the business.
  • •Create and execute joint business plans and drive partner capability development to achieve yearly targets.
  • •Orchestrate and lead Philips and partner resources to meet strategic objectives outlined in the partner joint business plan.
  • •Engage with partner sales teams and internal Philips resources on strategic/complex sales opportunities.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and evaluate sales and service partners and drive partner results, including equipment and service OIT and sales growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in medical devices is mandatory.
  • •7 years’ experience or more is required.
  • •Experience developing and managing a network of operationally efficient and effective channel partners with sales experience.
  • •Ability to actively build networks with key contacts inside and outside Philips to stay current on sub-functional domain developments and insights.
  • •Full understanding of the area of specialization and the ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively.
