Job Summary

Own central controlling and finance transformation efforts, reporting to the CFO and leading month-end consolidation, multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and variance synthesis. Coordinate preparation of P&L and balance sheet outputs across business levels, manage balance sheet planning, risks follow-up, and shared services/function controlling. Support compliance via ICQ audits, EDB grant management, IFRS 16 reporting, and SAP/finance process and tools maintenance and deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead central controlling team and controlling function, including month-end reporting review and consolidation.
•Drive multi-year budget and budgetary/forecasting cycles, including P&L and balance sheet planning, forecasting, and variance synthesis.
•Coordinate magnitude reporting and business operation reviews (BOR), including financial outlooks and forecasts and risks/action plan follow-up.
•Manage shared functions/services controlling, including CAPEX monitoring, staff requisition validation, and hosting/service agreements billing and reconciliation.
•Support compliance and internal controls (ICQ audits), manage EDB grants, and drive finance transformation and tools deployment (ERP, Anaplan, Power BI, SAP functionalities).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s qualification in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
•Professional Accounting Qualification (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.
•5–10 years of relevant experience in a Central Controlling role with strong technical and forecasting capabilities.
•Advanced knowledge of Magnitude Software and ERP SAP ECC 6.0.
•Good knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and Anaplan, plus strong Excel skills and ability to communicate across finance and non-finance teams.
