Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform relative valuation analysis using guideline public companies and precedent M&A transactions.
  • •Build and calculate enterprise value using a discounted cash flow (DCF) model, including WACC and terminal growth assumptions.
  • •Create and update leveraged finance projection modeling in Microsoft Excel and assess likelihood based on industry and historical data.
  • •Communicate with the deal team to obtain comps and review projection assumptions.
  • •Conduct industry research, maintain a database of completed valuations/metrics, and report enterprise value and portfolio aggregate metrics.
