Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions aligned to clients’ financial goals.
  • •Lead and coordinate an extended advisory team (trust, investment, and planning strategists) based on relationship complexity.
  • •Review and analyze personal and business financial data to develop client goals and a financial plan.
  • •Prepare and deliver consultative client presentations and maintain proactive, regular contact.
  • •Meet or exceed sales goals by expanding client relationships, closing referrals, and prospecting to maintain and grow a pipeline.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (required).
  • •7+ years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results (required).
  • •FINRA licenses S7 and appropriate additional FINRA licenses as required/preferred (S66; or S63 and S65 preferred).
  • •Ability to advise on investments, trust, and credit, with expert knowledge of financial products and banking regulations.
  • •Strong communication skills and experience working with personal and commercial financial statements; knowledge of consumer or commercial lending.
