Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a mixed-age Montessori preschool classroom for children ages 3–6, guiding learning through close observation, individualized lessons, and a prepared environment that supports independence and concentration. Prepare and maintain an orderly, child-centered space using hands-on Montessori materials, deliver practical life and core literacy/math lessons, and build strong relationships with children and families through ongoing communication and collaboration.
