Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in month-end close by preparing manufacturing journal entries, absorption analysis, variances follow-up, and inventory valuation/reclassification.
  • •Produce KPI and financial reporting for plant management, including monthly closing packages and ad-hoc analysis.
  • •Lead yearly budgeting and manufacturing rolling forecast exercises, presenting validated inputs and analyzing actuals vs. budget/forecast gaps.
  • •Maintain standard costing in the local ERP, including hourly rate calculations, cost updates, and financial data setup (cost centers and allocation keys).
  • •Perform manufacturing cost control and fixed-asset governance, including capex preparation and auditor point-of-contact support.

Key Requirements

  • •BA in Finance (or related) with 5+ years of controlling experience, or 3+ years in controlling with relevant experience appreciated.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management to work under deadlines.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing controlling (standard costing) and accounting principles, plus familiarity with financial processes.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and understanding of ERP systems; experience with Oracle is an asset.
  • •Excellent communication, teamwork, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
