Own Deepgram’s people strategy and operational execution end-to-end. Lead the People Ops Management and HRBP teams, set priorities, and drive the people roadmap across performance cycles, employee experience, talent development, and compliance. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee relations and represent People with ELT leaders. Build and evolve a lean, remote-first People function while driving AI-native execution across the team.
