Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and support by developing, organizing, and conducting training and educational programs for customer personnel
•Apply best practices in staff training and provide technical and training solutions tailored to Army mission command training
•Collaborate to plan and execute unit collective training from Battalion to Corps; identify gaps and coordinate with management to fill them before execution
•Gather observations during training events and contribute to After Action Reviews; maintain a repository of relevant TTPs
•Utilize high level technical and industry experience; update knowledge on training methodology and technology trends; mentor or observer/trainer as required

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science required; 10+ years of related experience
•US Citizenship is required
•Advanced knowledge and ability to train individuals in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and command post operations
•Experience in operations, planning, and training requirements at battalion-level and higher (Division or Corps) with a background in training management
•Thorough understanding of Sustainment and C2 and their inter-dependencies with other warfighting functions; previously served as battalion S3, XO, or SPO in a Sustainment unit
