Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver North America fundraising targets across Antler's fund suite, managing the full fundraising cycle from prospecting through due diligence to close.
  • •Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of institutional investors and strategic partners; lead term negotiation and closing processes and partnership structuring.
  • •Represent North America fundraising externally at investor meetings, conferences, and other events, and translate LP feedback into actionable fund design inputs.
  • •Build, lead, and develop a small NA capital team, setting targets, coaching, and ensuring efficient LP coverage and relationship management.
  • •Influence product strategy and market insight by collaborating with global partners to shape fund design, positioning, and distribution channels.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have significant experience raising institutional capital in North America across venture capital, private equity, growth equity, or global multi-asset platforms.
  • •Proven history of originating and closing fund commitments directly with institutional LPs and sophisticated family offices.
  • •Strong North American LP network including pensions, endowments, foundations, consultants, and fund-of-funds.
  • •Experience leading or building capital formation teams and representing the firm in the market.
  • •Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment and manage relationships end-to-end.
