Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply change management principles, standards, and deliverables to meet stakeholder needs and mitigate resistance.
  • •Assess stakeholder readiness and execute change management interventions to increase adoption readiness and reduce resistance.
  • •Develop and communicate a compelling business change narrative that resonates across stakeholder levels.
  • •Execute the change support network, including a Change Agent Network, stakeholder coalitions, and front-line manager enablement.
  • •Uplevel program training strategies and coordinate communication plans, materials, and measurement activities to reinforce the future state and minimize disruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Learning and Development, Change Management, and/or Organizational Change Management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years’ experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years’ experience in change management, program/project management, communications, learning and development, and/or employee engagement.
  • •Demonstrated ability to apply change management principles and deliverables to meet diverse stakeholder needs and mitigate resistance.
  • •Experience assessing stakeholder readiness and executing interventions that increase adoption readiness and reduce resistance.
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills, including creating messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
