Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Taiwan PO creation, amendment, closure, and related control processes; monitor open PO status and resolve outstanding issues.
  • •Review and process Taiwan vendor invoices accurately and on time; prepare AP-related balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Prepare monthly Taiwan intercompany reconciliations, investigate mismatch items, and support clearance of aged intercompany balances.
  • •Maintain Taiwan vendor master data by reviewing setup/change requests, ensuring supporting documents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • •Support internal/external audit requests, ensure accounting treatments align with policy and local requirements, and prepare month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •Preferably an accredited or partially qualified member of an international professional accounting organization (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in financial accounting.
  • •Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with integrated transaction processing in an ERP environment.
  • •Strong issue-identification and communication skills, with teamwork, customer service ethics, integrity, and timely delivery mindset.
