•Develop business cases translating objectives into concrete actions for business growth and Mercado Pago positioning in the region.
•Lead and manage the reseller team, focusing on achieving growth and profitability targets and developing strategies for new user acquisition and portfolio expansion.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful rollout of reseller initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Economics or related fields
•5 years of experience in commercial strategy, commercial planning, business strategy, among others
•Strong data analytics skills, including Excel
•Ability to design, conduct and execute an integrated reseller program strategy
•Experience leading and managing a team of resellers and driving growth and profitability
