Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide document control support, including system administration for data storage and external tools.
  • •Track project data, collect and file documentation, and support field office administration.
  • •Manage independent contractor and supplier agreement tracking, including renewals, WSBC/insurance tracking, and vendor activation/re-activation.
  • •Create and set up PDP (Project Development Plan) items, coordinate with managers, and maintain auditable project information while monitoring budgets and reports.
  • •Support project controller coverage, assist with invoicing, and help CMS with PPE inventory/distribution, fleet tracking, eRISP updates, and survey support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 60,100 - 79,600

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting and finance experience.
  • •Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and Pivot Tables.
  • •Ability to use the MS Office suite and maintain an organized, efficient workflow.
  • •Positive, team-oriented approach with confidence supporting projects and troubleshooting as needed.
  • •Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License with a clean driving abstract.
