  • •Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
  • •Run and lead client and other required meetings, presenting updates to the client at all project stages.
  • •Identify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
  • •Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
  • •Review requests for payment.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English at a working level to lead meetings, prepare reports and written communication, do presentations and talk to clients and suppliers.
  • •Availability to live and work in Salvador/BA.
  • •Solid experience as a project manager in construction.
  • •Engineering degree, architectural degree or any construction related degree is mandatory
