Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as first point of contact for employee and manager questions on workplace policies, attendance, leave, performance, and employee relations.
  • •Partner with leaders to address performance concerns, conduct workplace investigations, and prepare clear HR documentation.
  • •Guide managers through corrective action, performance improvement plans, and employment decisions in partnership with the Director of HR.
  • •Support onboarding, employee changes, job transfers, promotions, and offboarding through Rippling.
  • •Assist with leave administration (FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and state-specific leave requirements) and maintain HR compliance across multi-state operations.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 88,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Three to five years of progressive HR Generalist experience, ideally in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or multi-site operations.
  • •Working knowledge of employee relations, corrective action, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, wage-and-hour practices, and employment-law compliance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Strong judgment and discretion for handling confidential matters professionally.
  • •Experience with HRIS platforms; Rippling experience is a plus.
