Sr. Implementation Consultant

Lead multi-market client configuration implementations for Visa’s authorization, authentication, clearing, and settlement systems. Own technical and advisory configuration leadership to deliver changes safely across moderate to very high complexity scenarios, minimizing financial, operational, and reputational risk. Serve as an expert advisor to client and internal partners on card program setup and ongoing maintenance, troubleshoot complex configuration issues, and perform final approvals while driving process improvements, mentoring teammates, and supporting on-call coverage.
