•Tell Leapsome's story in German by creating and adapting content across formats (articles, landing pages, emails, social copy, webinar scripts, product messaging) for the German market
•Build a scalable, data-informed content engine by defining strategy, cadence, and structure and developing workflows, templates, and briefs
•Own SEO and AEO for the German market, growing organic presence with technical SEO and AI-aware strategies
•Champion AI for localization, driving AI tools/workflows to accelerate localization and content production while maintaining quality
