Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate

Perform cosmetic inspections, final quality checks, and advanced reconditioning tasks including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing to restore vehicles to CarMax standards. Execute reconditioning processes at an established pace, identify defects and recommend repair methods, and support auction preparation and vehicle movement on and off the lot. Follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area while providing customer service and collaborating with teammates.
