Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula care to insured clients.
  • •Build and manage your own practice while working in a non-exclusive network.
  • •Participate in Loula’s screening and scheduling process after submitting an interest form.
  • •Use the client referral/doula matching program to connect with insured clients.
  • •Follow Loula requirements for training and credentials (CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance) to support partnership eligibility.

  • •Complete 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR have 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
