Key Responsibilities

  • •Support overall Pedi: Mani: Cure Studio operations and performance, ensuring consistent treatment, guest service, retail, presentation, and brand standards.
  • •Train, mentor, and support therapists to maintain grooming standards, treatment quality, product knowledge, and guest service.
  • •Be hands-on with treatments and guest service, ensuring all treatments follow Bastien standards.
  • •Recommend products and aftercare, support retail sales, and keep treatment areas and displays clean, organized, and professionally presented.
  • •Assist with daily targets, stock monitoring, product ordering, guest feedback, and reporting; coordinate with resort departments to improve guest satisfaction and Studio operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bastien Therapist.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Bastien Concept and Philosophy.
  • •Excellent treatment and product knowledge.
