Job Summary

Join the Collins Aerospace Operations team in Santa Isabel, PR to assemble, test, calibrate and troubleshoot electronic components and systems. You’ll perform functional tests, document results, support prototype builds, and participate in lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement efforts on a 4th shift onsite role. US citizenship is required and relocation is not offered.

Key Responsibilities

•Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and systems using drawings, schematics, and process documentation
•Perform functional and operational tests using standard electronic test equipment
•Conduct calibrations, alignments, and adjustments to meet established specifications
•Troubleshoot to the component or subsystem level under general supervision
•Document results, defects, and data accurately; escalate trends or abnormalities

Key Requirements

•HS diploma (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of relevant experience
•Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

•Proficiency with standard electronic test equipment (meters, scopes, etc.) (preferred)
