Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and execute analytical products including standard/custom reports and data processing procedures.
  • •Create and maintain advanced interactive Tableau dashboards for P2P metrics and executive-level reporting, translating findings into clear narratives.
  • •Perform complex data analysis in Snowflake using SQL (CTEs, window functions, multi-table joins), and manage Snowflake tables, views, and stored procedures.
  • •Extract and validate data from Coupa and NetSuite ERP systems; monitor and troubleshoot Snowflake tasks and automated reporting workflows.
  • •Independently lead end-to-end reporting/analytics projects, partner with Procurement and AP teams on requirements, and conduct training/mentoring for junior analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in data management or procurement analytics.
  • •Proven experience with P2P processes (procurement and/or accounts payable) and understanding of both domains.
  • •Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver analytics projects from start to finish.
  • •Proven track record presenting insights and recommendations to VP or C-suite stakeholders.
  • •Advanced Tableau skills and required Snowflake/SQL expertise to build dashboards and manage data for reporting.
