Job Summary

Drive reporting and analytics for the Procure to Pay (P2P) domain by building executive dashboards and interactive Tableau visualizations, and running advanced analyses in Snowflake and SQL. Partner with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to monitor KPIs like spend, savings, invoice cycle time, payment compliance, supplier performance, and AP aging. Independently lead analytics projects, improve reporting standards, and automate workflows using Google Apps Script and AI-assisted tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and execute analytical products including standard/custom reports and data processing procedures.
•Create and maintain advanced interactive Tableau dashboards for P2P metrics and executive-level reporting, translating findings into clear narratives.
•Perform complex data analysis in Snowflake using SQL (CTEs, window functions, multi-table joins), and manage Snowflake tables, views, and stored procedures.
•Extract and validate data from Coupa and NetSuite ERP systems; monitor and troubleshoot Snowflake tasks and automated reporting workflows.
•Independently lead end-to-end reporting/analytics projects, partner with Procurement and AP teams on requirements, and conduct training/mentoring for junior analysts.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in data management or procurement analytics.
•Proven experience with P2P processes (procurement and/or accounts payable) and understanding of both domains.
•Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver analytics projects from start to finish.
•Proven track record presenting insights and recommendations to VP or C-suite stakeholders.
•Advanced Tableau skills and required Snowflake/SQL expertise to build dashboards and manage data for reporting.
