Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage aftermarket sales for Bedhampton, UK (hydraulic pumps and components) and conduct market assessments, monitoring, and analysis to build an aftermarket opportunities portfolio.
  • •Lead major customer proposals and RFQs, and secure new aftermarket business aligned to strategic and portfolio objectives.
  • •Monitor key customer, aircraft platform, and part number buying indicators, including MRO budgets and future system upgrade plans.
  • •Provide accurate market and competitive intelligence (including pricing) and develop sales support materials, promotions, and training for global aftermarket campaigns.
  • •Develop and maintain aftermarket pricing strategies; monitor sales/market trends and provide forecasts for spares, LRU, and repairs to support SIOP processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience negotiating and working directly with airline and MRO customers.

  • •Experience negotiating proposal and pricing with aftermarket customers.
