Job Summary

Serve as an escalation point for the IT Service Desk, triaging and resolving internal employee incidents and requests while acting as Incident Manager for high-priority issues. Mentor other ITSD members and partner with cross-functional teams on service requests and new initiatives. Improve IT policies and employee application experiences, and maintain advanced knowledge of Mac, Windows, and Linux while managing endpoints through SCCM, Jamf, and Workspace ONE.

Key Responsibilities

•Escalate IT Service Desk requests by receiving, triaging, and facilitating resolutions for internal customers.
•Act as an Incident Manager for high-priority internal IT incidents and escalations.
•Mentor other IT Service Desk members both technically and interpersonally.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts on service requests, projects, and new initiatives.
•Manage and optimize employee endpoints using SCCM, Jamf, and Workspace ONE, including monitoring, securing, updating, patching, troubleshooting, and automation.

Key Requirements

•Strong customer service focus for all user interactions, including executive-level engagement, with effective communication and follow-through.
•Ability to triage, resolve, and escalate internal customer incidents and requests efficiently, including incident manager responsibilities for high-priority issues.
•Solid understanding of security best practices and real-world applications, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical internal customers.
