Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations in coordination with other site leaders.
  • •Develop site-specific goals and objectives and ensure alignment and execution within the site.
  • •Review and evaluate daily route schedules and coordinate with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling to address issues.
  • •Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports, including coaching, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • •Ensure workplace safety standards are met or exceeded, including yard cleanliness and completing GEMBA walks.
