Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, track, and evaluate new-hire onboarding training in accordance with the People Pillar and Complex Onboarding Program.
  • •Supervise new hires during the training period and recommend training needs, concerns, and continued employment to management and/or HR.
  • •Develop positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients.
  • •Coordinate and schedule training sessions (including simultaneous sessions) and organize training venues, logistics, and equipment.
  • •Participate in HR/company committees, work with Excellence Coordinators and HR to track orientation compliance/results, and assist with yearly employee training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED; Associates degree or two years of college coursework in Communications, HR, or a related field preferred.
  • •Previous training experience.
  • •Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • •Professional communication skills and the ability to present ideas and issues in a positive, well-thought-out manner.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work independently.
