Job Summary

Lead strategic planning and business analytics within the Trust & Infrastructure organization, reporting to the VP of Business Operations. Own Hyperforce budget operations across spend categories, including forecasting, variance analysis, cost-to-serve tracking, and budget transfer governance. Drive Hyperforce efficiency visibility across ODCR, storage, and compute choices, partnering with Engineering, TPMs, and Data Engineering to improve metrics, insights, and continuous operational workflow improvements using AI-powered tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Enable and advise Hyperforce setup on GCP cost visibility and budget management, including budget taxonomy and cost allocation tagging strategy.
•Manage Hyperforce budget across spend categories using actuals analysis, forecasting, variance summarization, and collaboration with engineering teams.
•Track financial progress of Cost-to-Serve (CTS) initiatives and savings estimates, partnering with engineering leaders and TPMs to improve execution visibility.
•Lead or support special/ad hoc financial modeling projects as themes and scenarios evolve during migration from data centers to public cloud.
•Oversee budget transfer processes, including validating estimates and coordinating with service owners and central FinOps teams to maintain internal budget source of truth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,400 - 261,500 annually

•10+ years in consulting, investment banking, finance, strategy, or operations roles, with experience managing complex projects across diverse stakeholders.

•Advanced analytical/problem-solving skills including data analysis and financial modeling, with proficiency using SQL.
•Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships across cross-functional and global teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required.
