Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support to the marketing office, including scheduling, phone handling, filing, and daily correspondence/financial documents.
  • •Coordinate marketing activity execution with collateral, promotions/packages, advertising, market analysis, and content planning, including coordination of shoots by external parties.
  • •Maintain hotel presence across online/offline media, including hotel listings, websites content/images, and compliance with corporate identity guidelines.
  • •Manage guest database and picture storage/distribution systems (Picture Park), including updates and content/photography maintenance for 3rd-party websites.
  • •Support direct marketing planning and budgeting by attending relevant meetings, running competition checks/benchmarking, and coordinating with internal departments and external agencies/vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or in Communication & Marketing.
  • •2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • •Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of marketing basics and graphic/print technical terms.
  • •Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
