Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure consistent availability, quality, and effectiveness of engineering services in scope while aligning service roadmaps with delivery requirements.
  • •Own and operate an engineering service area for one specific engineering service, determining structure and operation.
  • •Apply electrical safety principles—risk assessment, hazard mitigation, and compliance enforcement across high-voltage, grounding, insulation, EMC/ESD, and fault-protection requirements.
  • •Continuously improve and develop the engineering service based on user input and evolving delivery/domain requirements.
  • •Manage and mentor a small team and align responsibilities and priorities for enabler deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • •8+ years technical background in the electrical safety/compliance domain or relevant engineering service.
  • •Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., IEC, UL, NFPA, OSHA).
  • •Ability to interpret, apply, and enforce electrical safety requirements across designs, equipment, labs, and operational environments.
  • •Experience in leadership, including mentoring and managing a small team (typically 0–10).
