Key Responsibilities

  • •Align global peer groups on strategy and roadmap to achieve area manufacturing objectives, monitor benefits through metrics, and drive improvement against manufacturing big rocks.
  • •Benchmark fab performance, identify/share BKMs across sites, and track compliance to aligned best known methods (BKM).
  • •Manage tool of record (TOR) and vendor change notice (VCN) documentation, and improve/optimize zero based analysis (ZBA) templates for responsible areas.
  • •Prioritize and manage multiple global projects through definition, planning, implementation, acceptance, and review; maintain a project portfolio maximizing ROI.
  • •Provide tactical support to fabs for people, safety, time to mature cum yield, quality, cost, and cycle time, coordinating Copy Smart Team (CST) activities and supplier issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or R&D operations, with current or prior Senior Engineer (or equivalent) experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge from a process and equipment perspective and proven capability to deal with complexity.
  • •Experience working across multiple areas (a plus) and the ability to lead and coordinate global teams across cultures and time zones.
  • •Proven leadership characteristics, strong mentoring and team-building/motivation skills.
  • •Good English skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems across multi-functional groups.
