Job Summary

Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations for a procurement transformation, from requirements and design through configuration, testing, and go-live. Run stakeholder workshops, design and configure Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Catalog, Spend Analysis, Guided Buying), and ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC via CIG or middleware. Own functional documentation, testing cycles, data migration, and post-go-live support while advising on Ariba best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation from requirements through design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
•Conduct workshops to capture procurement, sourcing, and supplier management requirements.
•Design and configure one or more SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Catalog, Spend Analysis, and Guided Buying.
•Ensure integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or ECC (MM, FI, CO) using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) or middleware tools.
•Coordinate testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT), manage issue resolution, and provide post-go-live support and user training.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), or Supplier Management domains.
•Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations, preferably in a lead role.
•Hands-on experience with at least two Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, or SLP.
•Strong understanding of SAP Ariba integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA (MM, FI, CO) using CIG or PI/PO.
•Ability to design and optimize procurement and supplier management processes using SAP Ariba functionalities.
